If we have your email address we will email you a prepaid Postage Form with a Returns Number, please attach this to your parcel and once received we will process your Return. If we do not have your email address we will provide you with a Returns Number which must be quoted on your parcel. Please obtain a receipt for your postage costs, we will refund the postage if the issue is the fault of Just Kampers. We will refund any delivery charges you've paid, provided you return the full order (UK orders only).If you are unable to check the goods upon receipt, please note "NOT CHECKED" on the delivery papers before you sign for the goods. You then have two working days to check for damage/shortages, as stated above. Incorrect Parts Ordered, Goods not Required If for any reason you have ordered the incorrect parts, we offer a 14 day (from delivery date) refund policy, subject to the goods being returned in unused, perfect condition, with the original packaging still intact and not defaced. Customers must meet the cost of return carriage on correctly supplied goods. Any returns after 14 days are at our discretion and a 15% restocking fee will be charged. No returns will be accepted after 90 days.
